Every art piece is property of Marsha Newby and is under copyright even after purchase. I have the right to reproduce any of my artwork including all of my original pieces over my entire painting career.
The content on this website cannot be copied or reproduced or collected for any personal or professional gain, without the permission of Marsha Newby.
All pieces sold are final sale. If you have any with concerns with your purchase, please contact me via email to resolve.
Marsha Newby will respond to all inquiries in a timely manner during business days/hours.
shipping.
There is no charge for studio pick ups and I provide free artist delivery in the Greater Hamilton-Toronto area.
There is no charge for shipping within Canada and the US. For International orders, please contact me for a quote.
Each painting is packaged with great care & shipped with Canada Post. Tracking information is included with each order.
Shipping can take 7-14 days, depending on your location in Canada, and longer for US & International orders.
All purchases will be shipped out within 2 weeks on receipt of payment.

No personal, or financial data will be shared with any third parties. All information on this site is owned by me, and will only be accessed by me. Your information will not be shared with anyone.
When processing an order, I will require information given voluntarily including your name, mailing address, phone number and payment information. Only your name and email will be retained for my mailing list, which you have the option to unsubscribe at any time. I do not sell or give out my customer lists to anyone.
